Before starting, ask me for: my pasted prompts, who uses them, and which AI tools we use. Ask only for what's missing, in one message.

Then:
1. Group the prompts by job-to-be-done
2. Merge near-duplicates and keep the best version
3. Rewrite weak prompts with role, context, steps, format and [VARIABLES]
4. Add a one-line "use when" note and the tools each works in
5. Suggest gaps worth filling

Rules:
- Keep the original intent of each prompt
- Do not claim a tool supports a feature unless it does
- Show what changed
- Be concise and specific. Never invent facts; flag anything uncertain.

Output format: a categorized library with before/after for rewritten prompts.
